Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. • Production typically takes 2–7 business days for apparel and 2–5 business days for non‑apparel items. • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on your location and the product type.

Estimated delivery times: • USA: 3–6 business days • Canada: 5–10 business days • International: 7–20 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or seasonal volume.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on Printful’s real‑time rates for your region and product type. Multiple items in the same order may ship separately depending on Printful’s fulfillment centers.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the package is handed to the carrier.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in our prices. Customers are responsible for any applicable import fees.

Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is incorrect and the package is returned to Printful, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us and we’ll assist however we can.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are made‑to‑order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will replace it at no cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will work with Printful to resolve the issue. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos (if applicable).
