1. Overview
All products in our store are made‑to‑order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Because items are custom‑printed when you place an order, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind.
However, we will always make things right if there is a damaged, defective, or misprinted item.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your claim, include: • Your order number • A description of the issue • Clear photos of the product and the problem
Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you.
3. Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with Printful to investigate. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement order.
If the tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll assist.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are printed on demand: • We do not accept returns • We do not offer exchanges • We do not provide refunds for incorrect size selection
Please review size charts carefully before ordering.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they enter production. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately — we can only cancel if Printful has not begun fulfillment.
6. Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to Printful. You may be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address.
7. Non‑Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund: • Custom‑printed products • Gift cards • Sale items • Items damaged due to customer handling or misuse
8. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued in cases where: • A replacement cannot be provided • The product is out of stock • Printful confirms the issue qualifies for a refund
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
